Bone Care Announces Nationwide Medicare Reimbursement Code for Hectorol Injection.

MIDDLETON, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 2001

Bone Care International, Inc. (Nasdaq:BCII BCII Battle Command and Intelligence Integration ) announced today that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), previously known as the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA), is a federal agency within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) that administers the Medicare program and  has issued a nationwide J-code for Hectorol Injection, to become effective January 1, 2002. Dr. Richard B.
