Bonded Motors signs letter of intent to purchase Georgia manufacturing plant.


LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 2, 1997--

Anticipated demand in Southeast cited; phase two of business

plan commences

Aaron Landon, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Bonded Motors Inc. (NASDAQ/NMS:BMTR BMTR Backup Memory Transfer (AT&T) ) Wednesday announced that Bonded has signed a letter of intent to purchase substantially all of the assets of Wheeler's Manufacturing Co. of Macon, Ga.

Terms were not disclosed.
