Bonded Motors Announces Appointment of New Vice President of Sales and Warehouse Operations.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 2000

Bonded Motors Inc. (Nasdaq:BMTR BMTR Backup Memory Transfer (AT&T) ) today announced the appointment of industry veteran Dan Belling to the position of Vice President of Sales and Warehouse Operations.

Belling brings extensive experience and technical knowledge to the post. His first assignments will be to improve communications with the Company's existing customer base, and to study and revise internal systems and distribution channels.

Bonded Motors also announced that it anticipates improved gross margins with the new pricing structures in place for the current fiscal year.
