A total of 37 drill sites will be permitted across three zones - the Nevada Eagle target, the Central target and the Southern target. Phase 3 exploration (Phase 2 drilling) will further test the Nevada Eagle and South Zone as well as the Central target where strong gold values occur in both outcrop and old drilling over an area 2km in length. At the Southern target, Bonaventure will drill two fences of holes across the northwest trending zone of a low grade gold blanket to locate the high grade feeder. At the Central target, Bonaventure will drill two (2) fences of holes across the anomalous gold found in previous drilling which suggest that the thick intercepts of low grade gold are controlled by structures. Summary of Phase 1 & 2 Exploration (Phase 1 Drilling) During the summer of 2004, Bonaventure conducted data compilation, ground magnetics, an IP survey and a drilling program on two separate targets at Goldfield West. A total of 7,595 feet (2,316m) was drilled in 23 holes at the Nevada Eagle and South Zone targets. Drilling at the Nevada Eagle identified a northwest trending feeder fault as well as a new parallel gold-bearing structure. Although no high-grade gold was intersected (high of 3.07 ppm over 10 feet (3.28m)) all but two holes had +0.5 ppm gold values. At the South Zone target, drilling has defined a thick (100-150 feet (33-46m)), gently dipping horizon of +0.5 ppm gold including a basal higher grade section (+1.0 ppm Au). This zone appears to trend east-west or northwest instead of north-south as originally thought. A second phase of drilling is recommended both in the two targets drilled (Nevada Eagle and the Southern Target) and the Central target located between the Nevada Eagle and South targets. Further drilling is recommended of the down-dip and southeast extensions of the Nevada Eagle fault and also of the newly discovered parallel fault zone located SE of the mine. NV-9 had thick intercepts of anomalous gold and indicates the presence of a previously unknown structure. This anomaly is along trend with a northwest trending drainage that extends 3,000 feet (900m) to the southeast. The drainage has no drill testing. Further definition drilling of the gold zone found along line SZ-1 to 6 at the South Zone is needed to search for the feeder. The currently defined 400 feet (122m) long by 200 feet (61m) wide zone should be followed to the west and north to determine its extent. Because the zone is shallow (less than 250 feet (76m) deep), if a significant tonnage of +3.0 ppm gold rock can be found it could be mined by open pit methods. In addition, Bonaventure announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan it has granted to certain eligible participants options to purchase a total of 301,108 common shares at a price of $0.24 per share, exercisable on or before June 20, 2010. A balance of 167,765 shares remains available for issuance under the Plan.
