Bon Coeur Inc. Names Charles Baird As President and Chief Executive Officer.

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 2000

 - news) a bio-food technology company, said on Friday it named Charles Baird Charles Baird may refer to:
  • Baird, Charles (born 1766) Scottish engineer
  • Baird, Charles UK-Australian actor
, former executive vice-president of Norris & Associates Inc. as president and chief executive officer.

Baird joined Norris & Associates in 1976 and became executive vice-president four years later.

His experience in management and team leadership will help move Bon Coeur to the forefront of bio-food technology. A company spokesman said Baird will succeed former president and chief executive officer Bruce P. Bauer. Bauer will assume the position of First Senior Executive Vice President with advisory/managerial responsibilities in the areas of sales and marketing and overall company management. Bauer will continue to serve on the Bon Coeur Board of Directors.
