Bon Appetit ready to pop up on 57th.Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF RKF Rapid Knowledge Formation ) announced that Bon Appetit has leased 11,600 s/fat 101 West 57th Street for its Supper Club & Cafe. The retailer will spend five weeks building out the space and one operating the care and hosting celebrity chef events, cooking demonstrations, private dinners and book signings. While RKF is marketing the full 16,000 s/f space for long-term occupancy, Bon Appetit is the latest in a string of retailers to take ultra-short-term deals on the space as a promotional venue, including Delta, HSBC HSBC Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation HSBC Humane Society of Broward County (Florida) HSBC Humane Society of Bay County (Bay County, Michigan) , Pepsi and Fox-TV. RKF director Peter Whitenack represented Bon Appetit in the transaction, while chairman & CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
