Bomel Companies Acquires the Site of the Former Albertson Chevrolet in Culver City.


LOS ANGELES Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  -- Bomel Companies is pleased to announce the acquisition of the site of the former Albertson Chevrolet, a key Culver City Culver City, city (1990 pop. 38,793), Los Angeles co., S Calif., a residential suburb of Los Angeles; inc. 1917. It is a center of the U.S. motion-picture industry, whose roots in the city date to c.1915. The Property is located on the 4000 block of Sepulveda Boulevard at the southeast corner of the Washington Boulevard The following roads are named Washington Boulevard:

Bomel believes this location is vital in the re-development of the area and will serve local residents as well as commuters due to its prominent location on two major thoroughfares as well as its proximity to and visibility from the 405 Freeway. In addition, Bomel is excited about the opportunity to work with surrounding residents and Culver City in the designing of a new plan and subsequent re-development of the site that will help to revitalize the area and stimulate the local economy by adding retail services for not only residents of Culver City but the surrounding communities as well.
