'THE BOMBER' Tony Bellew has tipped 'world class' David Price for the very top after his sensational debut third round knockout victory on Saturday night.

Price got his pro career literally off the ground by sending Dave Ingleby flying through the air - nose first onto the canvas at the ECHO Arena.

And Bellew believes it was simply the first step towards a dazzling career for 'Big Un'.

Bellew said: "What an incredible shot that was that put Ingleby to sleep.

Nobody has ever done that to him.

"He can take a shot that fella, but Pricey took him clean out. It was a brilliant debut from a big talent." However, Bellew did warn Price he will be getting one of his bombs on the chin if he loses his gumshield and stops boxing mid-round again.

"If he makes a mistake like that again I'll chin him myself," he laughed.

"But at least he proved to the doubters that he can take a good shot, which I knew anyway.

"Ingleby has knocked people out with that clubbing right hand and Pricey took one without knowing anything about it.

But he got it together straight away.

"Then he practically ran across the ring and took Ingleby clean out." Bellew, who returns to the ring in Belfast on May 15, also laughed off suggestions of any real rivalry between Price and Manchester heavyweight Tyson Fury.

As one of few men that have sparred both, Bellew says: "Fury isn't fit to lace Pricey's boots. He's nothing. He's a joke.

"Me and Danny Price used to beat Fury up in sparring. We'd both play with him, he's a child.

"I'm embarrassed to mention him in the same breath as David Price.

Pricey is world class, he's got no class. "
