The 12 MI2N trainsets for RATP, each comprising 5 vehicles, will be delivered between February 2001 and February 2002. Bombardier Transportation will build the 36 intermediate power cars for the 12 trainsets. This contract represents a total amount of approximately CDN $49 million (200 millions FF). Germany In Germany, Bombardier Transportation was awarded a contract on the delivery of six Talent diesel-mechanical multiple units (dmus) to the German private operator Eurobahn Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG (Eurobahn). The contract is valued at approximately CDN $21 million (25 million DM). The three-car dmus will be manufactured by Bombardier Transportation in Aachen (Germany). They will be delivered between April and May 2000.
