Midland Mainline is owned by National Express Group, a global rail and bus operator. Financing for the contract is being provided by HSBC Rail (UK) Limited, part of HSBC HSBC Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation HSBC Humane Society of Broward County (Florida) HSBC Humane Society of Bay County (Bay County, Michigan) Group, who will lease the trains to Midland Mainline.
