Tellier's speech to shareholders reviewed Bombardier's plan to restructure and restore the Corporation's earnings power.

"We are now involved in the business restructuring restructuring - The transformation from one representation form to another at the same relative abstraction level, while preserving the subject system's external behaviour (functionality and semantics).  phase, the most challenging aspect of our three-year plan," Tellier said.
