announcing it has received full type certification from both Transport

These approvals, obtained May 30 and June 4, 2003, clear the way for the
all-new super midsize jet - the first of its type - to enter corporate
service in 2003.
Bombardier executives celebrating this milestone were from left to
right: John Holding, Paul Tellier Paul M. Tellier, PC , CC , LL.L (born 1939) is a prominent Canadian businessperson. Born in Joliette, Quebec, Tellier was educated at Université Laval and Oxford University. He practised law in Montreal, Quebec until entering Canada's civil service in the 1970s. , Pierre Beaudoin and Peter Edwards.
