Bombardier dominance

A Mexican corporation, based in Toluca, will be upgrading their current aircraft with a new Bombardier Learjet 40 premium light jet. Reliability and performance were key factors in their decision to chose the Learjet 40 aircraft as the ideal 'step-up' from their King Air. Bombardier introduced the Learjet 40 into service in January 2004 to meet the demanding and evolving needs in the light jet segments. A total of 19 Learjet 40 business jets had been delivered as of February 2005.

The two Special Edition Learjet 60 aircraft orders also represent breakthroughs in their respective markets. A corporation based, in northeastern Brazil, which ordered the aircraft at the LABACE LABACE Latin American Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition  exhibition on April 1, together with an operator based in Mexico, are launch customers in Brazil and Mexico, respectively.
