Bomb factory exposed.


EXPLOSIVE materials were found scattered in "disarray" around a home used as a bomb factory by the July 7 plotters, a court heard.

Chemical residues, bulbs, wires, batteries and traces of high explosives were discovered in various rooms of a flat in Leeds where the four devices were prepared.

A description of what was discovered in the bomb factory was read to Kingston Crown Court where three men are standing trial accused of helping plan the July 7 attacks.

The city grew around a British military post founded in 1847. Its harbor was developed from 1886, and today it is a leading South African port. , Mohammed Shakil, 31, and Sadeer Saleem, 27, both from Beeston, Leeds, are accused of conspiring with Mohammed Siddique Khan, Shezhad Tanweer, Jermaine Lindsay, Hasib Hussain Hasib Mir Hussain (September 16, 1986 – July 7, 2005) was one of four terrorists who detonated bombs on three trains on the London Underground and one bus in central London during the 7 July 2005 London bombings.

Hussain was the terrorist who detonated a bomb on the No.
 and others unknown to cause explosions between November 17, 2004 and July 8, 2005.

All three are alleged to have carried out a reconnaissance mission in the capital on December 16 and 17, 2004, with Hussain and Lindsay. The defendants deny the charge.
