Bolt.com is the Internet's first community to offer completely free unlimited web access anywhere in the U.S. Bolt.com's three million teen users will be able to download the free Internet application from the Bolt.com web site at www.bolt.com. 1stUp.com's web surfing Refers to jumping from page to page on the Web. Just as in "TV channel surfing," where one clicks the remote to go from channel to channel, the hyperlink on Web pages makes it easy to jump from one page to another.  application will present users with an advertising and navigation window featuring the dynamic design of the award-winning Bolt.com website.
