: BOLT) announced Monday Monday: see week.  the results of operations for the second quarter and first six months of fiscal 1995.

The company reported that revenues and net income during the three months ended Dec. 31, 1994 amounted to $1,595,000 and $180,000, respectively, compared to revenues of $1,632,000 and net income of $160,000 in last year's second quarter.

For the six months ended Dec. 31, 1994, revenues and net income amounted to $3,451,000 and $387,000, respectively, compared to revenues of $3,161,000 and net income of $535,000 during the corresponding six months last year. Last year's six months' net income included an extraordinary gain of $234,000 resulting from the settlement of debt.
