Bollinger signs 10-year lease for 18,000 s/f at 100 Wall St.

, Inc. announced that Bollinger, Inc., a national privately held insurance broker, has signed a more than 10-year lease for 18,426 s/f at 100 Wall Street.

Bollinger is the 25th largest insurance broker in the country with over 450 employees located in New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 and New Jersey.

Bollinger previously occupied 6,600 s/f on the 22nd floor. To accommodate Bollinger's continued growth and allow them to expand within the building, the lndlord took back Bollinger's former space with over two years remaining on their lease.

Robert L. Billingsley, vice chairman, and Brian R Weld, managing director, both of Colliers ABR, represented Bollinger in the transaction.
