Bolivian Power declares cash dividend.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 1996--Bolivian Power Company's Board of Directors today announced a cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the company's common stock (common shares outstanding: 4,199,520). The dividend is payable on September 16, 1996 to shareholders of record on September 3, 1996.
