Bold Ruler Bold Ruler (1954-1971) was an American thoroughbred Hall of Fame racehorse.

Bred by the Wheatley Stable of Gladys Mills Phipps, Bold Ruler was born at Claiborne Farm in Paris, Kentucky to Nasrullah and Miss Disco.
