Boingo Wireless Hires Edward Zinser as First CFO.


Seasoned Veteran Brings Long History with Public Companies, Strong Track Record of Increasing Shareholder Value

LOS ANGELES -- Boingo Wireless, which provides access to the world's largest network of Wi-Fi hotspots, today announced that Edward Zinser joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 28. Zinser is responsible for the planning, legal, finance and corporate development functions of the company.

Zinser came to VU Games from USA Networks, where he served as President and COO of Styleclick Inc. He was previously senior vice president and CFO of USA Networks' Internet Shopping Network.
