For the quarter, revenues were $13.1 million, compared with $12.4 million reported for the third quarter 1996, an increase of 5.6 percent. Net income for the quarter was $901,000, or $0.16 per share, compared with $749,000, or $0.13 per share, for the same quarter last year, an increase of 20.3 percent.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, 1997, revenues were $37.1 million, compared with $34.1 million reported for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 1996, an increase of 8.8 percent. Net income for the nine months was $1,874,000, or $0.33 per share, compared with $1,350,000, or $0.23 per share, for the same nine months in 1996, an increase of 38.8 percent.
