 Division. Under terms of the joint venture, Mannesmann/Boge GmbH will have a 55% interest in Eagle-Picher, L.L.C. and Eagle-Picher will hold the remaining 45% interest. The new company will manufacture conventional and hydraulic rubber-to-metal components for suspensions and drivelines.
