Cambridge Heart has begun marketing of a FDA-approved, non-invasive diagnostic test for Sudden Cardiac Death, which causes 335,000 mortalities per year in the US alone. The machine is used to identify patients who are not likely to benefit from Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillators (ICDs) therapy.
