HEB has developed a new drug Ampligen[R] for the treatment for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), collection of persistent, debilitating symptoms, the most notable of which is severe, lasting fatigue. In other countries it is known variously as myalgic encephalomyelitis, chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome, and (CFS, no approved treatment) and we anticipate an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) An agreement signed between two parties that have to disclose confidential information to each other in order to do business. In general, the NDA states why the information is being divulged and stipulates that it cannot be used for any filing soon. Ampligen[R], also enhances the efficacy of flu vaccines and concomitantly reduces vaccine doses and increasing supply by 10 to 100-fold. * The company has significant long term growth potential with Alferon LDO[R], which is currently being tested against multiple viral infections such as avian flu, ebola, HIV HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus), either of two closely related retroviruses that invade T-helper lymphocytes and are responsible for AIDS. There are two types of HIV: HIV-1 and HIV-2. HIV-1 is responsible for the vast majority of AIDS in the United States. and SARS. * There is strong push by the federal government (Health & Human Services) to combat pandemic viral threat by developing vaccines and provide antiviral coverage for 25% of the population.
