Body on beach ID revealed.


A DYING man who was found on a freezing beach near John O'Groats wearing only swimming trunks has been named by police.

Dundee man Frank Rooney Frank Rooney is a wealthy American businessman.

Rooney amassed his fortune by managing two highly successful companies. As a young man, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, and began a twenty year career as the CEO of Melville Corporation.
, 51, was discovered lying down with his hands crossed behind his head by two shocked walkers on Thursday. He later died in hospital.

A police spokesman said: "There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding this death.

"A further report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in Wick."
