Body Shop squeezes into Times Sq.


Newmark Knight Frank Retail has completed a lease at 1568 Broadway with The Body Shop.

The internationally renowned cosmetics chain took 1,200 s/f of ground floor space, with a 1,000 s/f mezzanine mez·za·nine

Jeffrey D. Roseman, executive vice president, Paul Berkman, senior managing director, and Jason Maurer, associate at Newmark Knight Frank Retail represented the landlord, Highgate Holdings, while Virginia Piterelli of Madison HGCD represented The Body Shop.
