: BBOI, website: www.bodisen.com) announced today that the company recently hosted London investment bank Charles Stanley's visit to Bodisen in China. Charles Stanley is a 150 year old member firm of the London Stock Exchange London Stock Exchange

Charles Stanley (www.charles-stanley.co.uk) will lead Bodisen's efforts towards dual listing in the fall of 2005 on the London Stock Exchange AIM market while placing 10 million British Pound with institutions in conjunction with the listing. Deloitte & Touche London will act as Bodisen's auditor for the AIM listing while the company's current audit firm continues as its auditor. Bodisen's legal counsel, global law firm ReedSmith (www.reedsmith.com) acts as attorney for the AIM listing.

The London AIM market is the growth market of the London Stock Exchange. The AIM market enjoys broad participation by institutional investors.
