BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 1995--Boca Research Inc. (NASDAQ:BOCI) adds two new executive positions and announces Charles Kenmore as vice president/general manager of international and Bill Putnam as director of retail sales.

Kenmore comes to Boca Research with 23 years of management experience in international business. Most recently, he was vice president and general manager international of Motorola, ISG, having held similar positions at COMSAT and Sprint. In five years, he grew Motorola Universal Data Systems' international business from a start-up to 35% of the company's revenue.

Prior to joining Boca, Putnam was channel account manager at Zenith Data Systems. In a short span of time, Bill built his territory from a start-up to a $4 million producer. Previous work experience includes six years with Canon USA, in various sales' management positions including an additional two years at Canon Computer Systems Inc., the company formed from Canon USA's Printer Division. His focus has been to develop successful direct dealer relationships with major accounts.
