) today announced the signing of a technology development and licensing agreement between Inprimis Technologies, Inc., Boca's wholly-owned subsidiary , and LodgeNet Entertainment Corporation (Nasdaq:LNET LNET Library Network

) for the development of broadband systems that will distribute interactive TV content to hotel guest rooms. This agreement represents one of the first services and licensing agreements negotiated and entered into by Inprimis since it was established. The agreement provides LodgeNet with software development and design services to integrate the i2020 interactive set-top box The cable TV box that sits on "top" of the TV "set," although it is often located several feet away in an equipment rack. The set-top box descrambles the premium channels and provides a tuner for the higher cable numbers that very old TVs did not support.  (licensed by Inprimis) with the Liberate Technologies TV NavigatorTM software and the broadband local area network (b-LAN(R)) technology used by LodgeNet for its broadband services.
