Boca Research Names New CEO and Finalizes Name Change to Inprimis, Inc.

) today announced that its board has appointed Eduard Will as the company's CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , effective Nov. 1, and that its shareholders have approved the company's name change to Inprimis, Inc.

Mr. Will has been a director of the company since August 1999. He will replace Robert W. Ferguson, who will continue to serve as the company's chairman of the board.

"We are pleased to have such an experienced and knowledgeable individual to help guide our company in its new direction," commented Ferguson. "Mr. Will brings with him many years of international experience in the high tech market and will be an enormous asset to Inprimis, Inc."

As part of the name-change to Inprimis, Inc., the company said it expects its stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq National Market under the ticker symbol Ticker Symbol
