Boca Research Executes Credit Facility Agreement.

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 16, 1998--Boca Research, Inc. (Nasdaq:BOCI) today announced that it has entered into a $5 million credit facility with FINOVA Capital Corporation (NYSE:FNV).

Commenting on the agreement with FINOVA, Navroze S. Mehta, Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Chief Financial Officer of Boca Research said, "Although we had cash and cash equivalents of approximately $5.3 million at September 30, 1998, the credit facility with FINOVA will provide us with the financing to satisfy our working capital requirements.
