) today announced the resignation of its Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

, Lawrence F. Steffann. Mr. Steffann, 44, has resigned from the Company to pursue an entrepreneurial interest, the founding of a new venture fund.

 Mr. Steffann, the project will be an incubator for new technologies. The impulse to do this was precipitated by a business trip to Israel. He said, "I've always wanted to explore my true entrepreneurial spirit as well as help other entrepreneurs. This opportunity will allow me to do just that, and my extensive experience in all aspects of the technology industry will aid me in the success of this new endeavor."
