Bobo pays pounds 8k debt.


FORMER Celtic star Bobo Balde has agreed to pay off a debt that had made him technically bankrupt BANKRUPT. A person who has done, or suffered some act to be done, which is by law declared an act of bankruptcy; in such case he may be declared a bankrupt.
     2. It is proper to notice that there is much difference between a bankrupt and an insolvent.

The defender, who earned around pounds 30,000 a week with Celtic, was sequestrated over a pounds 8000 debt, believed to relate to legal fees.

Balde, who left Parkhead recently after his contract expired, walked into the office of accountancy firm PKF PKF Peace Keeping Force
PKF Pannell Kerr Foster (accounting firm)
PKF Park Falls, Wisconsin (Airport Code) 
 and pledged to hand over the cash.

It is now likely the bankruptcy action will be halted. PKF corporate recovery partner Bryan Jackson said: "Mr Balde came into our Glasgow offices and said that the outstanding bill remained unpaid as a result of a mis-understanding."
