Bobker Group goes high rise on the Brooklyn waterfront.


The Bobker Group, in conjunction with Perry M. Finkelman, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of American Development Group and Mark Engel, CEO of Langsam Property Services Corp, has closed on a development site for an 85-unit luxury condo tower on Seabreeze Avenue, Brooklyn.

The project, to be named The Sachi, inspired by the famous Russian resort complex, will rise 22 stories and offer un-obstructed water views of the Atlantic Ocean Atlantic Ocean [Lat.,=of Atlas], second largest ocean (c.31,800,000 sq mi/82,362,000 sq km; c.36,000,000 sq mi/93,240,000 sq km with marginal seas).
