Bobby on book beat.


POLICEMAN turned author Mike Pannett is returning with more tales of a bobby on the beat in rural Yorkshire.

And the father-of-three has thanked Huddersfield people for all the support they gave to his last book.

The 45-year-old said: "Without the people of Yorkshire and the great characters of Yorkshire my books would never have been made possible." The former North Yorkshire North Yorkshire, county (1991 pop. 698,800), 3,209 sq mi (8,313 sq km), N England. The county comprises the districts of Craven, Hambleton, Harrogate, Richmondshire, Ryedale, Scarborough, Selby, and York.  copper will be in Huddersfield to sign copies of You're Coming with me Lad: Tales of a Yorkshire Bobby.

The company was founded in 1886 by Yorkshire tea merchant Charles Taylor and has a reputation for producing high-quality teas.
