Monday Properties announced that the renowned Bobby Van's Steakhouse has renewed its restaurant lease overlooking o·ver·look

 restaurant has consistently been a category leader and has continues to display strong staying power.

The restaurant portion renewal was for 4,000 s/for ground floor retail space on the east side of 230 Park, at 46th Street and Park Avenue, until 2014. Bobby Van's 1,000 s/f office in the building was also renewed for 15 years.

Dana Moyles, of Dana Moyles Real Estate, negotiated the lease renewal on behalf of Bobby Van's Steakhouse.

Craig Panzirer, Monday Properties' senior vice president and Director of Leasing, handled the lease internally for Monday Properties.

Founded in 1969 in Bridgehampton, Long Island, Bobby Van's Steakhouse quickly developed a reputation for excellent fare and service.

In 1996, the restaurant opened a second location at 230 Park Avenue and has continued to grow since then, opening up multiple locations throughout Manhattan, as well as two locations in Washington D.C.
