Bob Thomas Named General Manager of Boise Television Station KBCI.

) announced that effective immediately Bob Thomas will assume the position of vice president and general manager of KBCI TV in Boise, Idaho.

Mr. Thomas has many years of experience in the broadcast industry. For the past five years, he was the general sales manager at stations KNDO and KNDU KNDU Kyoto Notre Dame University  in Yakima, Washington. Prior to that, he was the general sales manager for four years at station KIVI in Boise, and the general sales manager for 15 years at KMVT in Twin Falls, Idaho

Mr. Thomas is an Idaho native and a graduate of Idaho State University Enrollment for fall semester 2006 was 12,676 students, including 8,848 undergraduates.[1] ISU enrolls a large number of older, non-traditional students who live and work off-campus. . "It's great to be back in Boise," stated Mr. Thomas.

"Bob's knowledge and experience in Idaho broadcasting will be a great asset to KBCI," stated Fisher Vice President Joe Lovejoy. "He will bring tremendous energy and commitment to Boise and KBCI."
