In this role, Hoel will assist in client development, management of future construction in the Bahamas and development of an infrastructure group. Hoel has more than 28 years of experience in many aspects of construction and construction management. Prior to joining Centex Rooney, he was general manager and director of Florida Operations for Brown & Root, one of Centex's main competitors. He was responsible for owner relations, contract negotiations and overall construction operations of 20-30 projects totaling more than $400 million.
