Bob Eubanks to Host Inaugural Flight of Tahoe Air; Airline Announces Launch of Service Between South Lake Tahoe and Los Angeles International Airport, San Jose Airport.

Tahoe Air (TEM Inc.), the only airline providing daily non-stop service into South Lake Tahoe, announced that its inaugural flight will be hosted by Bob Eubanks, long-time host of America's favorite game show, The Newlywed Game(TM).

The announcement was made by Larry Donizetti, chief executive officer of Pacific Sports Holdings Inc. (OTC BB:PSHL), parent company of Tahoe Air.

Eubanks is well known as the host of The Newlywed Game and the Tournament of Roses New Year's Day Parade, both of which he has hosted for more than two decades. In addition to Bob's extensive work on and behind the camera, he is a savvy businessman, including a successful direct marketing company.

Flight number 102 will arrive at LAX Friday, June 25, at 11:59 a.m., into the Tom Bradley International Terminal. Regular fares will start at $49 from San Jose, $69 from Los Angeles, one way (some restrictions will apply). Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Tahoe Air and Pacific Sports Holdings will host a VIP and media luncheon at the Daily Grill. Company executives will be available for interviews.

Additionally, media are invited to join Tom Davis, Mayor pro tem of Lake Tahoe, for a personalized tour of the Lake Tahoe area, highlighting the more than $500 million in renovations the popular tourist area is currently undergoing, which includes popular resorts, hotels and casinos. Afterward, Tahoe Air and Harvey's resort will host a reception at South Lake Tahoe's most popular resort.

Tahoe Air's service will include daily roundtrip flights between the South Shore's Lake Tahoe Airport and two of California's largest markets -- Los Angeles (LAX) and San Jose (SJC), with additional flights Fridays and Saturdays.

In addition to being the only carrier with daily non-stop service into Lake Tahoe, the company is currently negotiating preferred partnerships with many of Reno/Lake Tahoe's top attractions, resorts and businesses. After a period of successful operation, Tahoe Air may begin selectively entering new markets, which may include markets such as Seattle, San Diego, Las Vegas, Portland and Phoenix.

Lake Tahoe is one of the world's most spectacular mountain destinations, offering visitors year-round activities including skiing, boating, camping and golf.
