Robert John Carr (born 28 September 1947), Australian politician, was Premier of New South Wales from 25 March 1995 to 3 August 2005.

Carr is the principal of The Carr Co., a managing and public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment.
