Bob Bozzone Plans to Retire as Chairman of Allegheny Technologies in May.

Bozzone, 70, has informed the Board of Directors that he plans to retire as Chairman following the Annual Meeting of Stockholders in May. Upon Mr. Bozzone's retirement, the Board of Directors plans to name L. Patrick Hassey, 57, Chairman, in addition to his responsibilities as Allegheny Technologies' President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bozzone will remain a Director of ATI.
