BoardDocs, which allows administrators and board members to publish
board agenda items, supporting documents and policies to the Web,
features three new enhancements. The iMarkup for BoardDocs tool uses
annotation 1. (programming, compiler) annotation - Extra information associated with a particular point in a document or program. Annotations may be added either by a compiler or by the programmer. technology to let administrators privately annotate annotate - annotation any
agenda item, policy or attachment.
MetaSearch allows administrators to search the public agenda
documents and policies of other BoardDocs subscribers. SoundingBoard
lets the public post comments prior to a board meeting on items
designated by the administration.
