Board to instigate self review.


The board of directors is to instigate To incite, stimulate, or induce into action; goad into an unlawful or bad action, such as a crime.

The term instigate is used synonymously with abet, which is the intentional encouragement or aid of another individual in committing a crime.
 a process of self review, following a governance Governance makes decisions that define expectations, grant power, or verify performance. It consists either of a separate process or of a specific part of management or leadership processes. Sometimes people set up a government to administer these processes and systems.  workshop. A former crown health enterprise chief executive, Graeme Nahkies, who now works with Boardworks International, gave a presentation on the priniciples and functions of governance. The board subsequently developed an action plan. As well as a review process to evaluate board functioning, the action plan included:
