The Nominating Committee has selected Kevin Collins of Deutsche Bank Futures Inc., Alex Ladouceur of Prudential Securities Incorporated, and James G. McCormick of TransMarket Group L.L.C. to a serve three-year term, commencing in February 2002. The nominations will be considered at the Clearing Corporation's Annual Meeting of Stockholders on February 20, 2002. Mr. Collins has been managing director of Deutsche Bank Futures and Options Division since 1999.
