: ELCC) announced today that the company's Board of Directors had authorized a reduction in the conversion price of the company's Class A Common Stock Purchase Warrants (NASDAQ: ELCCW) from $5.00 to $2.25.

In addition, the Board authorized changing the terms of the warrant so that the company may call the warrant if it trades at $3.60 or more, for twenty (20) consecutive days.
