Board of Airport Commissioners Re-Elects Agoglia.


LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 5, 1999--

Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  Board of Airport Commissioners has re-elected John J. Agoglia as president.

Patricia Mary Schnegg was re-elected vice president.

Other commission members include Miguel Contreras Miguel Contreras (September 17, 1952–May 6, 2005) was an American labor leader. He "was known as a king-maker for both local and state politicians."[1] , Dr. Warren Valdry and Leland Wong.

Schnegg is in her second five-year term on the commission, serving as vice president since her appointment to the board in 1993. She is a partner in the law firm of Knapp, Marsh, Jones and Doran of Los Angeles. She is past president and current director of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and the Women Lawyers Public Action Grant Foundation.

Valdry, a member of the board since 1993, is president of Valdry and Associates, specializing in senior citizen housing and land development. Prior to joining the Kaiser Foundation, he worked for several government and community agencies in the areas of policy development and youth services.
