Board makes appointments.


The Bar Board of Governors has nominated three lawyers for a vacancy on the Fourth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission and made several appointments to other legal boards.

At its December meeting in Amelia Island Amelia Island is one of the southernmost of the Sea Islands, a chain of barrier islands that stretches along the east coast of the United States from South Carolina to Florida. It is 13 miles long (21 km) and approximately 4 miles (6 km) wide at its widest point. , the board nominated Sonja K. Dickens of Miramar, James G. Pressly, Jr., of Palm Beach, and Kara Kara (kär`ə), river, c.140 mi (230 km) long, NE European and NW Siberian Russia. It flows N from the N Urals into the Kara Sea, forming part of the traditional border between European and Asian Russia. It is navigable in its lower course.  Berard Rockenbach of North Palm Beach to replace commission member Marjorie Garadian Graham, who recently resigned from the Fourth DCA (1) (Document Content Architecture) IBM file formats for text documents. DCA/RFT (Revisable-Form Text) is the primary format and can be edited. . Gov. Jeb Bush John Ellis "Jeb" Bush (born February 11, 1953) is an American politician, and was the 43rd Governor of Florida as well as the first Republican to be re-elected to that office. He is a prominent member of the Bush family: the younger brother of current President George W.  will make the final appointment.

The board also nominated to the Florida Supreme Court three lawyers to replace Florida Board of Bar Examiners member Victoria Graham, who recently resigned. The board selected Kimberly Rogers of St. Petersburg, Alan Aronson of Westin, and Noel Lawrence of Jacksonville.

On other appointments, the board named Denise Lowry Hutson of Gainesville, David R. Carter of Spring Hill, John R. Banister of Palm Beach Gardens, and Frederick W. Jones of Winter Park to the Florida Realtor-Attorney Joint Committee for two-year terms. The Bar's Executive Committee was to make an additional appointment for a representative from the juristiction of the Third Distrcit Court of Appeal.

Mark A. Perry of Delray Beach was reappointed by the board for a three-year term on the Florida Rural Legal Services legal services n. the work performed by a lawyer for a client. , Inc., Board of Directors.

Thomas M. Findley of Tallahassee was named to a four-year term on the U.S. 11th Circuit Judicial Conference.

Emery H. Rosenbluth, Jr., of Orlando was named to a two-year term on the Greater Orlando Area Legal Services, Inc., Board of Directors.
