Board finalizes 2005-06 budget.With one final minor change, The Florida Bar's 2005-06 budget has been finished. Incoming Budget Committee Chair Mayanne Downs told the Board of Governors last month the only change to the budget was an $8,620 amendment to restore the judges' section to the Bar Journal directory issue. The new budget, which begins July 1, projects an income of almost $32 million for the Bar and a budget surplus for the year of almost $500,000.
