 BB:TGHI) announced today that the board voted to pursue a $4MM acquisition. This opportunity would provide the resources for the company to launch a major nation-wide advertising campaign during the summer of 1999. 60 Million potential TV viewers in 120 U.S. cities would learn about the company's many resorts and travel programs.

Trans-Global Holdings, Inc. will release more details once due-diligence and final negotiations are completed. As proposed, the acquisition would require no cash or debit to the company, and would limit dilution to no more than 8%.
