BoD approves final dividend.


KARACHI, July 09, 2009 (Balochistan Times) -- The Board of Directors of HBL (Hue Brightness Luminosity) A color space that is similar to the HSB and HSV models. See HSB.  Asset Management Limited, the Management Company of HBL Income Fund, (the fund), has announced final dividend for the year ended June 30, 2009.The Board approved Final Dividend at Rs 2.50 per Unit in the form of Bonus Units for A&B Classes of Units and Cash Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per units for Class C Unit for the year ended June 30,2009. The bonus Units will be issued based on the Ex-Dividend NAV See navigation system and navigation bar.  as on June 30, 2009. Unit holders who have opted to en-cash the bonus Units at the ex-Dividend net Asset Value (NAV) will receive cash payout pay·out

 to Cash Dividend/ Bonus Units. This payout is in addition to three interim dividends paid earlier in the year, of Rs. 7.75 per Unit, thereby, bringing the total dividend pay out to Rs. 10.25 per Unit. Sales/ redemption/ transfer/ conversion and pledge of Units will resume from July 8, 2009.
